I am a licensed therapist in Michigan with over 20 years of professional work experience. My work experience includes helping others with stress, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and self-esteem. I use eclectic therapy approaches to specifically address the problem area. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I have an extensive history of working with teens and I also provide faith-based counseling as well. I anticipate meeting with you.

She is super sweet an nice. If you are struggling on loving your self she points out your good personality traits. She’s a very good listener.
