Amazing! Thomas acknowledges me and my concerns and gets involved in my personal interest and makes it easier for me to open up.. his approach is phenomenal to the point it doesn’t feel like traditional therapy. 10/10 recommend!

Thomas is great, a first class listener! I drilled into my problems, found solutions, and implemented changes. Thomas listened to it all. Exactly like a good therapist does.

Provides insight to issues and give constructive criticism when needed. Listens well, drives the conversation smoothly to help identify my issues I might not otherwise have been able to do.
