About me

Hello, my name is Thomas and I am BACP registered counsellor with 3 years experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, anxiety, depression and life changes to name a few things.

I believe that therapy is a chance for you to explore issues, gain awareness and grow into the best person you can be. I offer a safe and non judgemental space to support you through the things you want to explore. The most important thing that can come from counselling is that you have a positive experience.

I have both personal and professional experience in working with neurodiversity and supporting parents who have children with additional needs.

I believe that treating current issues is important, but also to see where these issues come from and how we can help manage them going forward. Starting therapy is the first step to unlocking your full potential.

I look forward to supporting you in this journey.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Thomas Neilly. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I can’t recommend Thomas highly enough. Working with him has been a wonderful way to experience being more vulnerable. He creates a trusting , safe space so that it’s easy to open up and really dig into what’s going on. One of the things I admire is how honest and real he is. He doesn’t pretend to have all the answers, and that makes the process feel so more real and collaborative.
If you’re looking for someone who’s compassionate, insightful, and refreshingly honest, Thomas is your man.
