Thomas is AMAZING! He is exceptional at giving me weekly homework that I can take back to my everyday life and incorporate to be a better ME. He is unbiased against those who I may be having conflict with, and gives me just advice. I have broken really long, disastrous habits in myself thanks to him. Highly recommend Thomas from Better Help. So much good here!

After one session Thomas felt more like a long time friend than a therapist. He makes therapy fun while still helping you work through whatever emotions or problems you are experiencing that day.
