Two other books I have written are: Winning at a Losing Game and The Lost Aspect of Love. I encourage my clients to follow up each session with specific homework that I can provide.I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I can tell Tom is a such a loving and genuine person. He has helped me understand myself, so that I can help myself. I’ve gotten exactly what I’ve expected out of therapy, which was insight into my life so that I may live with freedom and awareness. I no longer feel the need for approval, or let my negative thoughts get the best of me. I fulfill myself and I am a much more loving person because of it

I'm still in the beginning stages but Tom seems to know how to speak to me and help me understand and rationalize in a positive but challenging way.
