About me

Tiffany D. Bridgers completed her education, in Master's of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, at Lubbock Christian University. Tiffany has worked with individuals of all ages for approximately 3 years. She started her work with foster care and CPS kids, at Texas Boys Ranch, where she also received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has recently been working in substance abuse, helping individuals overcome mental health concerns and severe addiction issues. She is fully licensed as a Professional Counselor, and she is experienced in using a multitude of modalities to help individuals with various concerns. Tiffany is eclectic and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and psycho-education to help individuals 4 years old and up. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit, and body are interconnected. Her theory is that when people can find meaning, support, and understanding, then they can identify true personal insight and the ability to self-regulate and adequately cope. She is honest, motivating, and encouraging throughout all forums of therapy, and she ensures to help individuals get outside of their comfort zone and identify true strength and personal growth.
