I am licensed in Texas with 12 years of professional work experience in both the school setting and private setting. I have experience in helping clients from diverse backgrounds with relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I believe that each person’s experiences, culture, and environment shape their personality. I favor the use of a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Approach in therapy. I also utilize other interventions to help meet your individual needs and help you find freedom within yourself to live a fulfilling life. I will provide a safe and judgment-free space that allows you to feel comfortable being yourself.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I personally understand the courage it takes in taking the first step to sign up for therapy. I am proud of you for taking that step and getting started!

Dr. Wilson is by far the best therapist I’ve had! She listens but is also interactive. I love that we set goals for what I wanted to accomplish with therapy. And her insight is impeccable.
