Tiffany Morgan, LPC
About me
Hello! Congratulations, I commend you on your decision to work with a counselor and taking this courageous step in asking for help. The journey of change is a process and a process is a series of steps and you’ve already made the first and sometimes the hardest by seeking help. Again, I commend you.
My name is Tiffany Morgan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have over 17 years of experience in providing therapeutic support for people presenting or facing various challenges, including but not limited to; depression, anxiety, abuse, anger management, self-esteem, relationship and parenting issues, adjustment issues and personal growth.
I believe that you know your life better than anyone else and that you have the tools to solve and resolve your own challenges and concerns. My role is to help you sharpen those tools in your tool kit that may have become a little rusty or dull along the way. I will assist you by creating a safe space and judge-free zone for you to feel comfortable and supported to speak and feel freely. I will actively listen to you and meet you where you are, both emotionally and situationally. I will talk TO you and not AT you.
I am dedicated to obtaining and maintaining an authentic open and honest working relationship with you. I believe that a mutually honest and respectful relationship between both of us can produce a positive outcome in the therapeutic process. We will work together in the development of your personalized plan for you to utilize a variety of interventions and skills.
My therapeutic approach includes but not limited to:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and then working to shift on how we think to then evoke change to feelings and behaviors.
• Client Centered Therapy- which focuses on the client making autonomous decisions which affect their lives while the counselor supports the client by accepting and supporting them where they are, without judgement, so the client can make the best decisions possible.
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)- which focuses on finding solutions to one’s present circumstances and exploring preferred future goals, and the counselor and client works together to generate ideas for solutions
I am passionate about helping others and I’m committed to supporting you on your journey towards positive change and personal growth. I would be honored to work with you.

I am in a better space mentally and emotionally since working with Tiffany.
She listens and continuously encourages me to do the work on my mental health journey. I would (and have) recommended Tiffany to other family and friends. I am happy to have been matched with her. And continuing to work on my journey.

I would highly recommend Tiffany! At first I didn’t understand the point of therapy so I put little effort into scheduling sessions etc. Over time she has opened my eyes to realize I’m responsible for my growth. She provides amazing feedback and great guidance. I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable. She’s very relatable. I will always be grateful for the impact she has made in my life.

Tiffany has given me such invaluable guidance since our sessions began. As our relationship has evolved I feel so safe sharing with her and know that she will hold space for whatever I need to process. One of my favorite parts of my sessions with Tiffany is how she utilizes laughter as medicine. This is so helpful for me personally because sometimes I take life too seriously! To be able to have full-hearted, deep conversations then bring it to a space of joy and appreciations for all life puts us through is the powerful ability Tiffany has. I am so grateful our time together, she has helped me add so many tools to my tool box. I am a better person for it.
