Tiffany Pallas, LCSW
About me
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addictions counselor who has additional specialized training in integrated trauma treatment including an evidenced based practice called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have been working with and supporting adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy for the last 20 years. I have extensive experience, expertise and training in trauma-informed evidence based practices. Throughout my practice I have partnered with individuals who are overwhelmed and have found themselves in challenging life circumstances simply due to the ups and downs that life has thrown their way and the resultant anxiety, depression, grief & loss, substance use and/or trauma.
I am committed to providing a safe, holding space for individuals who are struggling to feel seen, heard and honored. My goal is to be certain that your voice is heard and that you are able to honor your strengths and see your way to the other side of life's challenges. With your permission, it is my goal to assist you in developing coping skills to deal with your current challenges and those you may encounter in the future. I look forward to walking alongside you as you become the strong, confident person you were always meant to be.
Thank you again for letting me introduce myself. You have taken a very big step by reaching out. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow.”

Tiffany is so kind and understanding, never once did she judge me for any past mistakes or experiences, and is always there to chat when I need a professional’s opinion. I could not recommend her enough. She even helped me get one of my dogs certified as a service animal! She’s a pure gem. You rock Tiff!!!

I've been working with Tiffany for a few weeks now and can't imagine life without her. She's so great at building relationships and establishing trust and safety. Even scary topics that are difficult to bring up feel possible with Tiffany. We're already making progress on my goals. I am so thankful to have her in my life now.

I have worked with Tiff for about three years now and she is the best therapist I've ever had. She took the time to get to know me, earn my trust, and she really listened. Our sessions didn't feel clinical or awkward, and I didn't dread going to them, as is often the case with me and therapy.
I feel as though I have really grown as a person and I know a good portion of that is because of the support and guidance Tiff offered.
She truly cares about her patients and is passionate about her field and helping people.
I truly enjoyed my time as her client and I wish her all the best. Thanks again, Tiff!!
