Tiffany Riley, LCPC
About me
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Montana with 22 years of experience in the behavioral health field; 19 of which as a therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and my Master of Science degree from the University of Great Falls. The clients I work with present with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, familial issues, parenting challenges, interpersonal relationship troubles and academic issues. The ages of my clients ranged from 2-70 with diverse backgrounds.
My approach to providing therapy focuses on what you choose to bring to sessions. Overall, I treat people with dignity and respect while offering unconditional positive regard, genuine concern, sensitivity, and compassion; just as I wish to be treated. I consider therapy a journey; one that is challenging yet fulfilling but it takes work and time to tackle issues. When individuals feel heard, validated, and supported, they choose to do the work and engage in therapy. People and their issues are like onions; they have many layers and a lot of those layers are protective. If you are ready to start your journey, I will gladly walk it with you, So, let us start peeling away the layers to get to the underlying issues causing you distress so you can begin to feel better and live your fullest life.
I look forward to working with you.

Today is amazing. She’s so understanding and listens to all the details. She then breaks everything down and it helps me reflect and process and then move forward. I am so glad I found her.

Tiffany genuinely cares about her clients and offers life changing tools and resources. My meeting and messages with Tiffany have changed my relationship, work, and life. Thank you for supporting me through my anxious attachment style and utilize resources that have changed the way I process and communicate my emotions. Working with you has made me less reactive and more intentional. I’ve also been able to really identify and communicate my needs better. It’s changed my life. Thank you.

Tiffany is great. Just the right balance between guidance and letting me figure things out on my own. Thanks, Tiffany!

Tiffany is a precious gem. An in tune listener who brings up things you’ve mentioned to her in past sessions or from 45 minutes ago. Speaking with her is comfortable and she is genuinely interested in figuring things out with me. Together we interpret signs and deep intuition to guide me well to what’s important for me. Tiffany challenges me and puts things into perspective. I thoroughly enjoy our time chatting and feel I’ve learned about myself and my perspective through our conversation.

She has helped me through depression, anxiety, friends disengaging from our relationship. And the entire time, she has been encouraging, supportive and informative. The fact that she can make sense from my ramblings is amazing in itself. I feel that Tiffany makes the quest for better mental health acceptable, and where I would normally hide that I am seeking mental health, I am proud to say I am. That is how she makes me feel. Definitely improving my life.

I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for Tiffany's support and guidance over the past few months. She's exceptionally kind, understanding, and empathetic and won't hesitate to challenge you for the better. In the past, I've had a couple of experiences with therapy that quite honestly left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire profession. I sought Tiffany's support for a highly challenging time but did so reluctantly due to my prior experience with seeing a therapist. Tiffany has not only helped me move forward but has changed my perspective on the profession and the potential impact of talking to a therapist.
