I recently started sessions with Tiffany. I feel like she sees me and understands my goals and intentions. I trust her and I’m looking forward to working through this process with her.

Tiffany lacks availability to meet with her clients. It appears that she lacks interest in her clients as well. This is evidenced in that it took 2 weeks to meet with her. In that time, I messaged her several time. Some messages were heartfelt and emotional. I received only one simple reply from her. She stated she was looking forward to meeting me via video chat. She refused to answer any of the questions I asked her. Some included questions I wanted answer based on her background and expertise so I would know that she was a good fit for me. Lastly, without notice, she did not attend the scheduled session. I can’t express how disappointed I am with Tiffany and Better Help in general. I don’t believe this accurately reflects Better Help. I’ll give it another try with a different counselor. I feel I deserve an apology.

I had a positive experience with Tiffany. I felt seen and heard and ready to live my life after our few sessions together. I wanted to write to her to let her know I needed to take a pause due to budget reasons, but I can't get back in without updating my card information. Thank you Tiffany for your great questions and affirmations.
