Dr. C has helped me transform my perspective on grief, and given me tools to take my life back. Not only that but she is also compassionate and caring and knows how to make you feel heard and seen. Through my time with dr. C I have learned that life will throw you many curveballs but as long as you have the right tools anything is possible. I’m so lucky to have found such an amazing counselor to guide me and help me over come challenges I didn’t know were possible.

Dr. Caro has been outstanding!! In just the first few sessions I feel like we’ve made more progress than I did in years with past therapists. Dr. Caro is an excellent listener and is very easy to talk to. I feel like Dr. Caro truly understands and “sees” me. Dr. Caro is always extremely well prepared for each of our sessions and she remembers everything we’ve talked about previously. Dr. Caro knows her field well and always gives me new and helpful practices to work on between sessions. My time with Dr. Caro has shown me that it’s truly possible to work through the challenges that I have and makes me very optimistic about the future.
