Tina is helping me through one of the biggest challenges I have ever lived through. She listens to me seriously, and responds quickly to messages and is super validating and uplifting even when she is challenging views that are maladaptive. I am so happy I was paired with Tina.

Tina is a remarkable therapist. She exudes a quiet confidence and shows a deep knowledge of her profession. She has the ability to quickly understand the issues and helps guide you, but she lets you move in the direction you choose. She balances giving support while gently moving you forward. She quickly became a big part of my support team.

My husband and I built up some bad habits, resent for one another, and distrust over several years, and we were on the brink of divorce. I worked with Tina via individual therapy at first, then invited my husband to join me for a session. We wound up working with her together weekly for a couple months, and found it so helpful. My husband and I both felt supported and heard by Tina and each other, with neither of us feeling like she took sides. She listened, helped us each express ourselves in a safe environment, and helped us navigate ways to communicate with each other and understand each other better. We're in a better place now than we've been in a number of years. Thank you so much Tina!
