She advocated for my Boundries and Self Care like no other has done for me in the past. Whether it was checking in or speaking on deeper issues, I was never concerned that I wouldn’t be taken at my word. She has helped me, so much so that I am able to re-evaluate identities that were ascribed to me, frequently and safely with more positive self talk and a love for my authentic Self. Words simply cannot describe the joy and vibrancy I feel when I finish a session with Dr. Lott.

Dr. Lott always communicates well. She takes such great notes and pays attention even more than I do to myself. It always catches me off guard and makes me feel very seen. Can't express enough how lucky I feel to have found her. Life is much better with her on my team.
