Even after just 3 session, she has helped soo much. I very much enjoy Tina's words and suggestions.

I’ve really enjoyed talking with Tina, she’s a wonderful therapist and listens to me. She’s very compassionate and thoughtful. She always leaves me with a piece of advice or homework so I’ll have a goal until I talk to her again. It helps keep me on track.
