Tina is very thoughtful and to the point - I appreciate that because I wasn’t looking for someone who would babysit my feelings. I’ve appreciated the fact that she does a check in - and sometimes even gives me “homework” to do as I work through things. This helps me outside of our sessions to process. She has a very peaceful and wise demeanor.
