I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Addictions Counselor, (LAC) I received my Master of Social Work at Colorado State University, Ft Collins, Colorado. In my five years of experience, I have worked with adults from 18-92 years of age. My practice is on a wide spectrum to include, but not limited to anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, addiction, personality disorders, ADHD, criminal justice involvement, anger management. My passion for working autistic individuals, LGBTQIA+, gender exploration, & transition guidance, coming out support.
My therapeutic approach stems from unconditional positive regard for you and your individual life experience utilizing a wide variety of approaches that, together, you and I will tailor to your goals. You and I will work side-by-side to traverse your strengths and weaknesses to establish specific, achievable goals.
