Tina Van Meter has been a great help to me. She's a great listener and has helped me incorporate mindful meditation into my daily life, which has helped me manage my day to day stress.

I've never done therapy before so I wasn't sure what I was getting into, but I figured I would try 1 session and if I didn't like it then I could quit. But the complete opposite happened. Tina really opened my eyes and I think she will really help me. After my 1st session she has already given me homework :) I am super excited

She is so far the only therapist I have ever worked with to give me “homework” and have me actually self reflect.

I am new to this and we have only had 1 session but I am optimistic that she will help me identify the causes for self-destructive behavior and ways to avoid that in the future.

Tina is a fantastic listener who offers support and feedback without judgement, acknowledging the intuition of the individual she is working with and assisting in connecting them with their own inner guidance. Tina not only offered her professional expertise through talk therapy but also recommended other forms of healing modalities to help me through my own issues that I had no otherwise considered but am deeply grateful for the recommendation. Thank you, Tina!
