To be honest, I’ve been to therapy many times before, but this time feels absolutely amazing because Tom makes me feel truly understood and heard. Most importantly, he reassures me that there’s nothing wrong with the way I’m feeling, which gives me a lot of confidence. I would definitely recommend Tom, he’s the best therapist I’ve ever had.
