I really enjoy talking with Tommie she has been helping me a lot with a lot of my issues. I like that she always asks if I'm ok or if I'm still ok to continue or if i need time to compose myself. She doesn't rush me which is very helpful.

Tommie keeps me on my path to recovery by being an empathetic listener and keeping me grounded. She helps me keep track of and meet my goals. She is great with giving me strategies for a growth mindset. Our conversations are always back and forth. Most other therapists just wanted me to talk. I get feedback and ideas from Tommie. She has certainly made my life better and more productive. Tommie is the best!
