Tonyia is a great therapist and I really got a lot out of our sessions together. I’m pausing my subscription for now but hope to reconnect with her when I start back up.

My experience with Tonyia Wilson has been very refreshing. I am comfortable letting my guard down and just talking. As a man, that could be challenging. With her and her non judgemental personality,it allows me to be completely open and we can get down to some solutions. Developing a plan of action to look at some things to make the experience fruitful and live life a little better day by day.

Tonyia has an incredibly calming presence. Talking with her feels like talking with a good friend, and she never makes me feel like I’m being analyzed or studied. She just listens, and when she responds she makes information, suggestions, etc. palatable and never overwhelming. She has been sensitive to my personal pace when dealing with issues and she has helped me to be open to dealing with some of those issues in my own timeline. It’s provided me with a “safe space” for growth because resolution is the goal in realistic ways. She is very encouraging and uplifting and I feel like she really hears what I am saying and that she respects the gravity of what I share. She helps come up with beneficial solutions for long-term but in ways that can be done bit by bit. I look forward to our sessions and I have greatly appreciated her time and expertise.
