Tosha Robbins, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 10 years of experience working with adults in various settings. I am skilled in addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, mood disorders, family relational issues, co-occurring disorders, parenting skills, and trauma.
My counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, as well as utilizing individual strengths and coping skills to help work through identified issues.
I believe that it is important to develop a therapeutic relationship with each individual as it is an essential part of the counseling process. Creating a safe environment for open communication builds trust with each other. I am a supportive, respectful, active listener and I believe in meeting each individual where they are. I believe that providing strong support helps individuals to achieve their desired goals.
I know that it can be difficult to ask for help and I am very excited for the opportunity to work with you.

Tosha is great. I felt comfortable with her from the beginning. She has a little sass and will hold you accountable but she can also laugh with you and make jokes which I love.
