I have not been participating in therapy very long, but thus far, Tracy has been amazing. I've already experienced a sense of relief that I have not felt in my entire life. The exercises she has been recommending are extremely therapeutic for my personal needs and the validation I have received while opening up has taken a weight from my shoulders.
