Traci has been truly helpful walking with me through some life transitions. She is always a very good listener and I feel that she genuinely cares and has meaningful insight. Over time she has also pointed back to previous conversations we’ve had or things I’ve said that have provided a few aha moments in helping me recognize things about my self or perspective. I really appreciate my time with Traci and highly recommend them as a therapist.

Traci is an excellent listener, and a truly safe space. I never feel judged, only supported and validated. She tells me I’m doing good work for myself and it motivates me to keep it up. She’s been helpful in ways I feel like I can’t even express adequately and has been essential in my mental health journey.
