Recently, I experienced a loss. Found myself unable to cope. I needed help. Family and friends were there but unable to help me. I felt alone and isolated. investigating different types of therapy, I found Better Help. After researching their therapy methods and credentials, I reached out. First step, an initial consultation. Better Help felt Therapist Traci Munden would be an excellent choice after the consultation. This was the best thing to happen to me in a long time. Feeling at ease with Traci, we discussed my life, past and present. Using knowledge and tools learned from Traci, my distress has become manageable. The emotional pain of grief is better understood. I am now able to get back to life. Traci has done so much for me in a professional, kind and compassionate way.

Traci is very responsive to my journal entries, which helps me so much. BetterHelp may be a tad pricey, but for a great therapist, it's well worth it. I hope I get mentally well soon enough.

I feel very comfortable with Traci. She helps me feel like I can talk about things and not be judged. I can’t stand normal therapy where I know the person can’t relate to me. Traci is different.
