Tracy has proven to be a great therapist. She either takes really good notes or she has a great memory. I'm not used to other therapists on this platform remembering our past conversations but Tracy remembers and it makes our sessions go a lot smoother. She's wonderful.

Tracy has been someone that I can trust. Losing my stepdad was the hardest thing that I've ever experienced, and I can't wait to share my feelings with her. I never liked burdening my boyfriend/close friends with my personal problems. When I tell my feelings to Tracy, I feel validated by her responses. She gives me simple assignments that help me cope with the most complicated parts of my life.

Tracy is great! She helped me get through a tough situation with my family. She recommended different options on how I should consider the situation. Just the fact that I could vent my concerns to her helped me to slow down and give the situation time to heal. Thank you Tracy your support has been a blessing!!
