Tracy took the time to listen to my concerns and understood them well enough to get to the heart of the matter.

Tracy Herriott is a great therapist. Not only can she relate to me from a cultural perspective but she can also relate to me as a woman and as a person. She is prompt, professional and a great listener. One of, if not the best, therapist I've had so far. Definitely makes my Better Help membership worth it. I would recommend her to anyone especially clients who are seeking a culturally competent and relatable professional from their community or background.

Tracey is an excellent counselor who listens empathetically, responds thoughtfully, and is someone I recommended. She helped me after I left an abusive relationship and has since continued to help me understand the way I enter and move through other relationships. She’s someone I can easily talk with and open up to.
