Tracy Wrocklage, LPC
About me
My name is Tracy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from New Jersey. I have over 15 years experience in various counseling settings. I have worked with a variety of clients of all ages. Making the decision to begin therapy can be an intimidating one but I will try to make it a comfortable, welcoming experience. Often, we know what we have to do to feel better but we need someone in our corner giving support and guidance. I try to stay focused on the positive and help my clients see their strengths and abilities. I tend to utilize a humanistic approach to therapy where I focus on the whole person. I believe in helping my clients discover their life purpose and values. I utilize mindfulness therapy often. By focusing on the present, we can bring gratitude and quiet our inner critic. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you overcome obstacles so you can be the best version of yourself.

Tracy has been a constant source of positivity and understanding for me. She has been my "safe space" to vent and talk about all the things I feel I can't with my friends or family. I am so thankful for her.

The past year has been extremely difficult for me, but Tracy has helped me tremendously. I've seen such an improvement in my overall mental health and outlook on life since meeting with her. She's caring, trustworthy, and has been a person in my life that I can count on. I highly recommend taking the next step to talk with her. Best thing I've done!

Tracy is a wonderful person and is helping me to navigate the stresses of life through the pandemic. She is a good super power to help me be my best self. I love the format of virtual sessions, it makes it not so big of a deal, making it feel more casual, which works well for me. Tracy is down to earth, understands my emotions and helps me to see things in a productive way. I absolutely recommend her.

Tracy has been helping me with the grief of losing my Mother- we just started and already I feel like I have more tools to help me through the really tough days. She is extremely professional and a great active listener. I appreciate the many ways she communicates through the platform.
