Tricia takes the time to understand my therapy needs and shifts her focus on the things that matter to me. She listens to understand and I don’t feel judged by her, rather supported. Definitely recommend her as a therapist!

One of the best therapists I have ever had and I’ve been around the block. I restarted to better help since I was traveling for work. Tricia found me in a rough state, but with her care I found myself guided towards a healthier way of life. Off most of my meds, can handle things life better, and navigated me through an extremely rough divorce.
