Tricia Fagan, LMHC
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Florida. I have over 20 years experience in the social services and mental health setting. In 2000, I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. In 2004 I received my Master of Arts in Counseling at Webster University. I have worked with a variety individuals from different backgrounds presenting issues ranging from foster care, criminal justice, substance abuse, and mood disorders to school and family issues. I am a life long military dependent both as a child and as a wife. I understand military dynamics and challenges as it pertains to the family. Primary duties include conducting intake evaluations, assuming primary responsibility for treatment, provision of individual therapy, and substance abuse counseling. I strive to provide an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be expressed without judgement. I believe that meeting the client where they are facilitates a treatment environment that promotes personal growth. My goal is to help clients build on their personal strengths to make the positive change they desire.
I look forward to working with you!

My sessions with Tricia are so wonderful and she is such a great listener. As someone who was pretty nervous going into therapy Tricia has really made everything smooth and stress free. She has been kind in my down moments and thrilled for me in my up moments and most of all incredibly genuine in each of our interactions. I have felt incredibly lucky having her as my therapist!
