Trinidy is the best! He has really insightful thoughts and listens so well to you! Depending on what you need, he can go with the flow or he can give you some more direction during your sessions.
My sessions with him helped me understand myself better and feel more grounded. He seemed to automatically ask all the right questions at the right times, and kept excellent notes during our session ... which were helpful to my overall self awareness :)
I took sessions with him for 9 weeks and feel it really helped me reach me goals. Very impressed!
