Incredibly down to earth and a good listener. Conversation is positive and informative. Feels very easy to talk with him and get feedback.

Working with Dr. T is like talking to a longtime friend, except without the guilt of feeling like I’m burdening them with my life issues. Dr. T was so easy to talk to. He’s solutions oriented like myself and he listens. For someone who has been reluctant to seek therapy, he’s been a Godsend.

The first session was an urgent session. I was extremely grateful and we've been working towards my self compassion. If you're a service member he understands so much more than any Civilian therapist could. Highly recommend!

I found Dr. T to be attentive and insightful and held space for me to speak and be heard. I think he’s a great therapist.
