About me
Welcome!
I’m a dual-trained therapist specialising in both Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My professional journey has given me the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including young adults navigating the complexities of college and university life, and individuals recently diagnosed with chronic or incurable conditions. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges we face at different stages of life.
In today’s fast-paced world, where convenience often comes at the cost of our emotional, mental, and physical well-being, I believe in creating a space for meaningful connection and healing. Many of life’s greatest joys—and its most profound challenges—stem from our relationships with those closest to us. Yet, sometimes we need a compassionate ear outside of our immediate circle to truly be heard and understood.
Why Choose Me?
- Tailored Approach: Whether you’re looking to process complex emotions, overcome anxiety, or build stronger relationships, I combine evidence-based CBT techniques with the empathetic, non-judgmental support of Person-Centred Therapy.
- Experience with Young Adults: My work as a college and university counsellor has given me insight into the pressures and transitions faced by young adults.
- Support for Chronic Conditions: I also specialize in helping individuals adapt to life-changing diagnoses, fostering resilience and a renewed sense of purpose.
- Convenience of Online Therapy: Life is busy, and therapy should fit into your schedule. Online sessions allow you to connect from the comfort of your own space—an ideal option for young people, those with mobility challenges, or anyone who values flexibility.
Let’s Work Together
I’m here to help you break free from feelings of being misunderstood or trapped in your thoughts. Together, we’ll work towards reconnecting with yourself, rediscovering joy, and building fulfilling relationships.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—let’s take the first step toward your goals together. Happiness and fulfilment are within reach.

Tsveta has supported me so much with overcoming trauma and years of severe panic attacks in a relatively short time. I can’t believe the difference in my self. She also helps me to understand my emotions and has provided me with tools to be able to cope better. I feel 100% safe with her, she is incredible at her job and I would definitely not be where I am now if it wasn’t for her expertise and kindness.

Empathetic and calm, but also well prepared with scientific information. Makes you feel like you can take steps toward a better situation without putting pressure on yourself and hurrying through the process. Highly recommend, I'm glad we matched.

Tsveta has been really easy for me to connect with, and makes me feel incredibly safe and understood dealing with complex traumas. I feel listened to, heard, and the feedback she can literally read me like a book which makes everything so much easier when dealing with things that I very rarely talk about. Tsveta doesn’t push me, and I love her approach with me and her calming tone. It’s taken me a long time to feel ready to speak about the things that we address, and as I said, feeling safe is essential through all of this and I definitely do with Tsveta. I’d highly recommend her.
