I had never taken therapy before and I honestly wish I did if it meant getting someone like Ursula as your therapist. She is super friendly and helpful and does not judge you. I also like the fact that her advice is quite easy to follow and helps me when I'm feeling low. I would recommend her more than a million times if I could.

I've been working with Ursula for a while now, and I truly feel supported in every session. She creates a safe and understanding space where I can openly express myself without judgment. Each session feels like a dedicated time to focus on my personal growth, and I've noticed real progress in how I understand and handle my emotions. I'm grateful for her guidance and the tools they've provided to help me work on myself. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and insightful therapist.
