I was so nervous about starting therapy but I knew it was necessary for my healing journey moving forward. I was nervous about not being combatible with my therapist and having to find someone but the app did wonders in asking me specific questions that catered specifically towards what I needed in a therapist. Vajezatha is everything I ever wished for in a therapist and laid my nervousness to rest. I have only had one session with her and already I feel the positive change I’m starting in my life due to her guidance. She is up to date on worldly issues, she provides an at ease setting, and is very direct and gets down to business while also being gentle. It is evident that this is her calling. I would recommend her to anyone.

I’m a quiet and shy person and I was lacking confidence when I first came to Better Help. But VaJezatha has really been a champion for me and encouraged me beyond what I ever expected and has helped me understand what’s going on in my head in clinical terms. She feels like a really good friend and gives me practical ways into helping me love myself.
