Valerie is easily one of the best therapists I have ever had. Her concern for and interest in my mental and emotional health is clear every day. She is caring, considerate, and firm when she needs to be. She took the time to really get to know me and what I need, and has worked with me to get where I want. I feel heard, understood, and supported.
