Valerie makes me feel so comfortable as patient that it’s like I’ve been seeing her for years. She’s patient , understanding and listens when I talk and goes at a pace that won’t shut me down when asking questions and delving deeper into the issues and history that cause me to see a therapist in the first place. She’s as professional as they come(in a good way)and I trust her even though the relationship is just beginning I feel like she’s a safe person to talk to by the way she’s open about herself making her seem more relatable and personable and more like you then just another therapist trying to fix your problems. Honestly I’m excited to continue working with her and build this relationship and I highly highly recommend her for anyone who needs a good therapist

She’s extremely kind and helpful. Helps me work through what I’m struggling with properly, doesn’t bypass my feelings and acknowledges me.

I have only had one session with her due to my current financial situation but it was very helpful and afterwards I felt better in general, it gave me hope to practice the advice she gave me to work through my issues. She is great and I look forward to another session with her hopefully very soon.
