I am licensed in Massachusetts and Tennessee with 15 years of professional work experience. I began my career in the counseling center of Vanderbilt University then, Smith College. For the past three years I have worked independently with teens, adults, couples, and the LGBTQIA community, who have come to therapy with: anxiety, panic, grief, depression, self concept, relationship, intimacy roadblocks, and life adjustment challenges. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Valri is the first therapist I have had that actually listens and cares. She genuinely understands the issues Im having and doesn’t brush me off or undermine anything I say. I feel like she really cares and for me that has been hard to find. I wish everyone was more like her.
