I am licensed in Connecticut with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & anger management. I also have experience working with depression. I am trained in a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
