About me
I have a Ph.D. from New York University and have been a licensed psychologist in New Jersey for over 20 years. In my private practice I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am also experienced working with first responders and those who are suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder.
My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational emotive therapy and mindfulness. Together we will develop a treatment plan and set goals. My goal will be to help you reach those therapeutic goals as quickly as possible.
