Amazing therapist!! Very understanding, caring and helpful. I feel comfortable talking to her. And feel like she actually listens to me and my needs. She doesn't dismiss what I have to say. She provides great tools outside of the sessions, like videos and worksheets, even a podcast type series. She also responds to messages in a timely manner. She was able to help me in a moment of uncertainty, when I was not sure if I should go to the hospital or not. I really appreciate her and the help she has given in just a few sessions.

My first session with Mrs. Virginia was amazing. She actively listened to all of my concerns and provided a safe space to present solutions along with milestones. I’m so looking forward to our next session together.
