Began my first therapy journey 23 weeks ago and in that time I’m grateful for access to a service like this. In the midst of big life changes and having someone to talk to each week about what I’m going through and be a sounding board for what I’m trying to return my mental health to a good place has been incredible.
Working with Virginia has been great. When I’ve asked to be challenged more she gives me things to think about and work on. Conversations are always solid and I leave them feeling better about the days ahead.

Virginia is amazing. I finally found my perfect match. She’s the first therapist I felt that I could share anything and everything with without judgement. She’s very warm and kind and always checks in with me. But she also tells it how it is. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist!

Virginia was an amazing therapist and if I was to come back to this app, I would personally select her to be my therapist again.
