Virginia is a wonderful woman who makes it easy to talk to, especially when what you’re talking about isn’t easy. She’s very attentive to you and your problems, gives you resources to consult, and concepts to think about and apply to you/your life. I would highly recommend her!

Ginger is clearly a very skilled therapist, and focused on getting results. She tailored the sessions to what I needed and was able to quickly notice patterns and suggest practical ways to improve my mental health. I have spoke with several other therapists in the past, and Ginger has been by far the most effective for me.

Ginger is a great listener and asks very thought provoking questions. Not just "how does that make you feel?," but about why you think you may be in a holding pattern or what memories something might bring up for you. She is also great at responding in a timely manner and checking in with you.
