Virginia Winn-Cooper, LCSW
About me
I am originally from Reno Nevada. I have been licensed as a clinical social worker since 2012. I have vast experience with grief counseling, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, as well as caregiving. I have worked in dialysis and extensively with Alzheimer's. I prefer to use cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered therapy. I believe in the importance of journaling and focusing on the positive, rather than the negative; and in that I try to empower my clients in every way that I can.
