Vivian Tejera, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional clinical work experience and over 15 years working in various capacities (i.e., counseling, education, healthcare and social services). I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, developmental disabilities & depression. My approach is relationship-centered and eclectic yet rooted in theoretical frameworks. I am guided by the principle "adaptability to the needs of the moment", as I understand that every day is different and likewise every person is unique. I work collaboratively with individuals to explore areas of concern in order to encourage personal change and growth. Keep in mind that “the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step”. You’ve already taken the first step, so you've got this!
