Wendy Jaffa, LCSW
About me
At every age, we face life-transitions. Sometimes we can navigate through them on our own and sometimes we need help to find that path.
My name is Wendy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I enjoy helping individuals find their path of joy by understanding the past, finding their voice in the present, and mapping out hope for the future. I can help you develop coping skills when facing unexpected and demanding situations so that you are able to move forward on your own path, at your own pace. Whether it’s grief, loss, or anxiety, I strongly believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow and together we will find strategies that will help you through these life-transitions.
I am a compassionate and interactive therapist who strives to build a strong rapport with each of my clients. I use evidence-based treatments, including solution-focused and family systems approaches while maintaining a trusting and open environment. I believe these foundations are important in finding your path forward and I look forward to working with you.

I've had just a couple of sessions with Wendy so far and I must say, it has been an absolute pleasure having her as my therapist. She listens very well and knows how to incorporate humor to lighten the mood a little. This is my first time going through therapy and having Wendy as my therapist is making me have absolutely no regrets about signing up!

I’ve only had a few sessions with Wendy but she is wonderful. Wendy is a great listener and thoughtful in discussing what I am going through and what I can work on to feel better. She’s helped me immensely with some goals in the short time I’ve been working with her. Highly recommend.
