I’ve only been seeing Westly for a few weeks but I’m impressed. I have a hard time opening up but talking with him is safe, easy, and does not feel forced! I can’t wait to continue sessions and become the best version of myself.

He tells the hard truths while keeping empathy in mind, which is something I appreciate. He's really helped me discover some things about myself as well as provide practical measures for learning how to manage my overthinking. I'm really grateful.
