I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to empowering clients to recognize their existing strengths and discover new ones, enabling them to achieve their goals and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. With a deep belief in the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust and safety, I strive to work collaboratively with clients to build a strong foundation for their mental health and wellness journey.
I provide therapy services for individuals and couples - aged 18 and older - offering a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth. Additionally, I have had extensive experience in working with C-Suite level executives, legal professionals, and medical professionals. I have a foundation in use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
