About me

I am a licensed psychologist 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 1999 and my PsyD from CSPP-San Diego in 2008. I have experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, addiction, psychotic disorders, chronic pain, transgender issues, intellectual giftedness, and men’s issues. I have expertise in mindfulness and mind-body practices. I believe compassion and respect are essential to healing. I strive to help people find ways to make their own individual style serve their personal goals, rather than trying to force people to be something they are not. I hope to support and empower you in that journey.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for William Zahn. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Will is very good at what he does. He is both knowledgable and capable in his profession. From my first session with him, he was able to help me. Will is kind, caring, observant, and pragmatic. He has helped give me perspective. Each session we not only cover ground, Will teaches me new techniques to help me in daily life. I have put these practices in action and they work. In just three months I have made more progress than I have in years.
