My experience with Willie so far has helped me tremendously. She is straightforward and creates a positive atmosphere. She let me know that if I didn't understand her due to her vocal impairment, it is ok to ask her to repeat herself. Which can be hard if you don't want to embarrass the person, but not with Willie. She is kind and has helped to learn various ways to understand myself personally.
